Can you deliver the welcome kits at individual employees addresses?

Yes, we can deliver the kits as per requirement at employees’ addresses (PAN India).

Can I add or remove products from the welcome kit set you have mentioned ?

Yes, you have your kits customized by adding or removing products of your choice in a welcome kit. You can also add products that aren't mentioned on our website.

Can I get a sample kit for a quality check?

Yes, we believe in maintaining our customer’s trust and so we do provide a sample kit to our customers with a minimal fee.

Can I place an order every month as a new member joins our team ?

Yes, you do not need to stock up in advance. Kits can be shipped on a monthly basis.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity. One or more sets can be ordered, although there are exceptions for some products that cannot be made to order in small quantities.

How do I order the welcome kit ?

You may request a digital mock-up for a selected item by sending a list of items included in the set and your company’s logo in CDR (Coral Draw) or AI(Adobe Illustrator) format to support@printinglab.in. Once the layout is approved, payment must be made before the order can be started.

What if I do not have a logo file in cdr or ai format, but it is provided in png or jpg format?

Our design team will use this .jpg or .png file to restore the logo in AI format for which 300 to 500 rupees are charged.

How long will it take to complete my order?

It usually takes 2-3 days and is shipped within a week (exceptions occur only when some items are out of stock).

Can I get a custom packaging box for my order?

We can do sticker branding on ready made boxes which will be cost effective. If you need custom cartons (color and printing of cartons chosen by you), this option is also available. But, we will need 500 cartons as MOQ and we can share the price according to the size of the cartons.
